For students with limited funding, we offer the following support:
-
FLoC 2022 invites students to apply to their volunteer program. Volunteers will receive a stipend (a variable amount towards registration and travel costs for students depending on the origin of travel) in exchange for volunteer work at the conference. FLoC’22 volunteers will be able to interact with speakers and participants, network with other researchers, and meet graduate students from all over the world. See the FLoC’22 Call for Volunteers for details.
-
A limited number of student grants for participating in DL 2022 are available. The grants consist of a fixed amount that can be used to support with travel costs and/or registration fees.
Grants will be given to motivated students who are genuinely interested in attending the workshop and lack sufficient funding. Preference will be given to students who have a paper (or abstract) accepted to DL 2022.
Applications for student grants can be submitted using the DL 2022 Student Grant Application Google form.
Note that this requires a Google account. If you cannot or do not want to use a Google account, you can contact the organizers by mail.
