Recommendations for students of Master program in Applied Informatics
This page gives you a couple of important hints to remember when selecting the courses of your study program.
- Selecting diploma thesis: Please find the time and the efforts to talk with the different teachers about the theses topics they offer. Often, the thesis are published long time before you need to select your topic, and learning early about your options will help you in selecting the right thesis. Same as with the bachelor thesis: your adviser is the most important person of the project after you.
- Consider spending a semester at a foreign institution through Erasmus programme. Some students even manage to make most of their thesis in some excellent laboratory of a foreign institution under supervision and with hints of the local experts. Remember though, that you need to bring back at least 10 credits per semester to make your exchange program valid.
