Short description:

Visualisation represents a collection of techniques aimed at graphical representation of two-, three- and multidimensional data originating in computations, simulations and modern imaging devices – tomographic scanners. The main topics of this series of lectures are: signal processing theory, basics and physical principles of tomographic imaging, data analysis and segmentation, file formats for data storage, and surface and volume visualisation techniques.

Offered in these study programs: Elective in Master program in Applied Informatics
