Inclusivity and Support

Inclusivity statement

The department members promise to adhere to respectful and open communication, free from any discrimination based on gender, age, sexual orientation, origin or other factors. We fully adhere to the Ethical codex of Comenius University, its Gender equality plan and its program against discrimination and sexual harassment.

Support

Employees and students with discrimination/harassment grievances can confidentially approach a liaison person at our faculty RNDr. Zuzana Berger Haladová, PhD (haladova@fmph.uniba.sk), or, alternatively, the university-level liaisons Mgr. Andrea Fábiková, PhD. (stopobtazovaniu1@uniba.sk) or Mgr. Tamara Čipková, PhD. at stopobtazovaniu2@uniba.sk.

The department management also commits to providing extra support to employees who are parents of young children and employees with special needs/disabilities.
